57544A aluminum is a 5000-series aluminum alloy: the main alloying addition is magnesium, and it is formulated for primary forming into wrought products. 5754 is the Aluminum Association (AA) designation for this material. In European standards, it will be given as EN AW-5154A. N5 is the British Standard (BS) designation. Additionally, the EN chemical designation is AlMg3,5(A).Aluminium 5754 has excellent corrosion resistance especially to seawater and industrially polluted atmospheres.It has higher strength than 5251. This high strength makes Aluminium 5754 highly suited to flooring applications.After rolling, Aluminium 5754 spontaneously softens until it reaches a stable condition.
